Dallas Massey, PE

Dallas brings more than 15 years of experience in building design, hands-on construction, and project planning across a wide range of industries. His engineering career began in bridge design and roadway infrastructure in South Carolina and West Virginia before transitioning into building design. Dallas applies a practical, constructible approach to each project, informed by real-world field experience. His work is rounded in technical rigor, long-term performance, and a clear understanding of how projects move from concept to completion. 

Originally drawn to architecture, Dallas continues to be energized by the creative side of the built environment. From brainstorming ideas, to helping shape spaces, Dallas enjoys projects which allow him to aide in the process of bringing visions to realities. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University.

Outside of work, Dallas enjoys spending time on Lake Murray, listening to Taylor Swift, and playing card games with his three kiddos.

Fedora Nwachukwu

Structural Engineer

With nearly a decade of experience providing expert analysis across a wide range of engineering projects, Fedora is known for delivering clear, and unbiased conclusions that help clients make informed decisions with confidence. Her work is grounded in practical judgment, strong commitment to safety and performance and a focus on ensuring clear uncomplicated communication to clients.

Fedora supports clients through detailed evaluations and provides engineering solutions tailored to the specific needs of each project. Her collaborative style and attention to detail make her a trusted contributor across multidisciplinary teams. Fedora holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina.

Beyond day-to-day professional responsibilities, Fedora enjoys dancing, hiking, listening to music or audiobooks, and working on jigsaw puzzles.

Alex Russett, EIT

Katie Gogan

Katie serves as the office manager, overseeing scheduling, finances, and daily operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for both clients and staff. Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, her extensive background in the service and catering industry is reflected in her strong attention to detail. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts with her husband, spending time with their two dogs, curating charcuterie spreads, and relaxing with the Crime Junkie podcast and a crisp glass of bubbles.

  • Responsible for consulting, leading and managing structural design for Commercial, Industrial, Multi-Family, Residential and municipal projects. Perform forensic investigations, field studies and provide creative alternate recommendations for cost and ease of construction. Collaborate effectively with architect and contractor partners, as well as provide guidance to younger engineers.

  • Support structural engineering team with plan development, calculations, and designs. Assist senior engineers with scheduling, budgeting, AHJ coordination and client/partner communications. Ability to cross train in other fields of engineering and design.

  • Responsible for consulting, leading and managing civil design for Commercial, Industrial, Multi-Family, Residential and municipal projects. Assist in project scheduling, proposal development, task delegation, budgeting and AHJ coordination. Collaborate effectively with architect and contractor partners, as well as provide guidance to younger engineers.

  • Support civil engineering team with plan development, calculations, and designs. Assist senior engineers with scheduling, budgeting, AHJ coordination and client/partner communications. Ability to cross train in other fields of engineering and design.
