Scope of Work & Key Challenges

• Removed all the walls surrounding an interior atrium to create a flowing living space with immersive views of Lake Murray

• Involved a series of parent and child beams, 30’ in length, to carry all the loads from the rotunda-esque atrium roof

• The inclusion of the atrium added ~775 sqft to the home’s living area
